Project Manager - LMS

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the LMS industry to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of LMS platforms, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to meet project objectives while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of LMS-related projects, ensuring proper scoping, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation, submittals, on-site and virtual meetings, and ongoing support.
• Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met across the organization through collaboration with internal and external teams.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, goals, and challenges to provide customized LMS solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide continuous training and support to maximize the potential of the LMS.
• Follow up post-project to ensure continued client satisfaction, offering ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional services or features.

Collaborative Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements, propose solutions, and align the project outcomes with their business objectives.
• Work with internal teams (e.g., developers, instructional designers, content creators) to ensure efficient execution of project tasks and deliverables that meet client expectations.

Proactive Problem-Solving & Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and address potential challenges or risks in the project, providing timely, viable solutions to clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify project risks, technical challenges, and develop RFIs (Requests for Information) while providing technical solutions to clients.
• Report and escalate challenges to senior management as needed for timely resolution.

Stakeholder Reporting & Project Milestones:

• Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes to timelines or deliverables.
• Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are adhered to, with transparent communication to clients about progress and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc.(Engg) graduates.
• Preferably 3-5 years' project management experience in MNC, lighting and building automation background preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Customer Service skills a plus
• Construction experience a plus
