- Should have hands on Experience on Trade Finance i.e. Import Export LC, Guarantee, Trust Receipt, Bill Lodgement and settlement.
- Good to have exposure on Payment modules (Domestic International Payment).
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for teams.
- Should be able to Create detailed documentation and should have documented in Test strategy.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Should be good in handling Business Stake holders.
- Should have experience in team handling more than 10 resources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salaries are upto market standard. Not the best, but still are competitive. Work life balance is quite good. No micromanagement things will happen. Office will have the basic stuffs that an IT organisation should have. I repeat basic stuffs. 28 paid leaves and 10 local holidays.
