Role & responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Tristar brand
- Ensure implementation guidelines for communication within the organization
- Ensure consistency in communication in collaboration with HR in all internal and external communication platforms
- Ensure consistency in advertising guidelines for all projects under the Tristar banner
- Provide inputs in creating / designing a collateral
- Support sales team in communication collateral
- Perform media planning by coordinating with various agencies for website development and marketing material/ brochures - printing, creatives etc
- Optimize existing marketing channels and explore new alternatives
- Print, television, events, OOH- outdoors, exhibitions etc.
- Options with timing of marketing strategies
- Create the marketing and communication strategy for specific projects
- Study the architect's brief to understand the project
- Review the briefs for various agencies - PR, advertising agencies, events agencies
- Ensure direct mailers/ information is being dispatched to client's on database
- Ensure design and upkeep of corporate website
- Coordinate with internal departments for various content related information
- Contract and coordinate with the website agency
- Ensure employees are informed about developments in the organization and the business environment
- Communicate guidelines for logo usage
- Design and send out all corporate broadcasts in coordination with the Marketing & Corporate Communication Director
- Ensure ongoing media relationships
- Oversee the Public Relations role by responding to any media queries, forwarding to right persons internally and drafting appropriate responses
- Ensure dissemination of relevant company information in the media
- Supervise market research, identify untapped market potential and avenues for diversification, gauge trends in consumer demand
- Ensure data and feedback from past, current and potential customers is maintained
- Ensure updation of Customer Database and proactive feed into corporate planning and business strategy"
- Devise and execute a strategy for pan-India brand building/ expansion in the commercial space etc. based on organizational strategy
- Prepare and submit annual marketing budget/ plan to Marketing & Corporate Communication Director for validation/ final sign-off
- Consolidate manpower requirements, manage and support recruitment, withi the Marketing function
- "Provide inputs towards a campus branding strategy with HR
- Assist HR in the launch and execution of the initiatives
- Design and create a strategy to undertake activities for CSR related initiatives
- Assist in the execution of any related events
- Relationship management with: consultants / architects
