Key Responsibilities.

Maintain office supplies by keeping an inventory and placing orders as necessary.

Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.

Assist In Planning And Organizing Company Events And Functions.

Coordination via phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate parties.

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Compile and analyze data to prepare reports and summaries.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
