- In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our healthcare applications, working closely with cross-functional teams, understanding market and customer needs, and ensuring our solutions meet high standards of quality and compliance
- This role is ideal for candidates who have a technical curiosity, strong communication skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in Health IT
- Responsibilities: Take ownership and accountability in managing healthcare applications, ensuring they meet client and business goals
- Work with customers to understand data compliance and requirements, helping the team develop roadmaps to achieve these goals across different healthcare verticals
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to drive project objectives
- Develop product and marketing strategies, making insightful recommendations to executive management
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and work independently to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively, delivering presentations to stakeholders and engaging with executive management
- Support the team with knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to assist in product development and improvement
- Demonstrate personal drive and a collaborative attitude, striving to make things happen and achieve customer satisfaction
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare applications or experience in a healthcare/Health IT setting
- Knowledge of data compliance and eDiscovery standards in healthcare
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and healthcare industry trends
- Skills and Attributes: Strong ownership and accountability attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work toward customer and business goals with a collaborative approach
- Technical curiosity and an aptitude for understanding complex service capabilities
