Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled SmartCOMM Developer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing customer communication solutions, enhancing integration, and improving deployment processes within SmartCOMM
- Key Responsibilities Template Development: Design and maintain SmartCOMM templates to enhance communication workflows
- Data Modeling & Integration: Create data models and ensure efficient integration across systems
- Document Composition: Lead efforts in producing accurate and compliant documents
- API Integration: Develop and implement API integrations to facilitate seamless communication
- Technical Configuration: Set up and configure SmartCOMM environments to meet business needs
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and implement client requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM and CCM solutions
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SmartCOMM template development and data modeling
- API Knowledge: Experience with API integration and RESTful services
- SDLC Understanding: Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools like Jira and CA Workload Automation
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certifications (Good to have): Relevant certifications in SmartCOMM or related technologies
