Order Processing Executive

• Processing of sales order as per purchase order, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers.  
• and ensuring that sales contracts and all company policies have been followed.  
• Preparing proforma invoice for advance payment & planning for material delivery.  
• Order execution follow ups with production, quality, and logistics department.  
• Experience in telecommunication with customers for advance payment follow-ups and delivery.  
• Experience working in customer service is their requirement.  
• Experience with statistic software in INFOR LN ERP.  
• Supporting for preparing customer proposals like dispatch plan and update the same.  
• Coordinating customer inspection.  
• Maintain the internal & external databases of sales order checklist against received order.  
• Coordinating with seals team for the purchase order and price approvals.  
• Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to the customers.  
• Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.  
• Support and follow up on pending letters of credit note and bank guarantee.  
• Support for coordination and supervision of the whole shipping process.  
• Coordinating & direct work with managers & Employees.  
• Monitor industry product and service pricing and cost structure.  
• Maintain broad knowledge about company’s products and services.  
• Creating customer business partners in the ERP.
