Job Role: Service Engineer- WMS

Responsibilities, Authorities Accountabilities:

Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of WMS and Cloud Projects.

Handling the customer independently, understanding customer issues and providing required solutions.

Guiding team-members, providing technical support to them and coordinating with OEM support.

Ensuring approval on HMI screens and PLC logic before commissioning and timely closure of commissioning site along with MOM and completion certificate.

Ensuring daily updates to customer. Ensuring timely closure of complaints within 24 hrs.

Coordinating with OEM for any issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech./ Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering

Knowledge, Skills Attitude:

Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of WMS and Cloud Projects.

Handling the customer independently, understanding customer issues and providing required solutions.

Guiding team-members, providing technical support to them and coordinating with OEM support
