To accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a technology-driven Business Manager (Pre-Sales Lead) who can bridge the gap between deep technical expertise and high-value business engagements.


This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership roleideal for professionals who:


  • Have a strong technical background in IoT, AI, Cloud, and Smart City platforms.
  • Excel at solution selling and large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Can confidently engage with C-level executives, government leaders and global technology partners.
  • Want to drive global growth by working with Honeywell, Microsoft, Avaya, and leading Global system integrators (GSIs).

Key Responsibilities

Technology-Driven Pre-Sales & Solutioning


  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Smart City, Safe City, and Public Safety platforms.
  • Own the technical vision, differentiation, and competitive positioning of Trinitys solutions.
  • Deliver engaging demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations to customers and partners.
  • Work with Honeywell, Leading Global system integrators, and cloud providers to drive large-scale implementations.

Strategic Bids & Proposals


  • Develop high-impact techno-commercial proposals and winning RFP responses for public and enterprise deals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Domain and Engineering) to define winning solutions.
  • Align pricing models and solution offerings to regional market needs.

Global Expansion & Market Strategy


  • Work with Honeywells global sales and GTM teams to scale Trinitys solutions into North America, Europe, ASEAN, and META.
  • Support Honeywells Sell-Through & Sell-With GTM models to expand market reach.
  • Adapt solutions for new adjacencies like Smart Airports, Smart Campuses and Smart Destinations.

Partner & Customer Leadership


  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic deals and partner engagements.
  • Enable and train Honeywells and GSIs' partner sales teams to drive adoption of Trinitys technology stack.
  • Work with Product Management, Domain Expertise and Engineering to refine offerings based on market and customer feedback.


What We are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or technology sales.
  • Strong expertise in IoT, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud based Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale RFPs in public sector and enterprise projects.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives, government stakeholders and technology partners.
  • Deep understanding of solution-selling methodologies and high-value technology sales.
  • Self-starter with a start-up mindset—able to build and scale solutions in fast-moving environments.
  • Willingness to travel (30-40%) globally for customer and partner engagements.
