The Senior Analyst

Master Data Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the integrity, quality, and consistency of organizational data across systems. This role involves developing and maintaining data standards, governance policies, and processes to ensure accurate and effective use of master data, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance and Management:

Develop, implement, and enforce master data governance policies and procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, patterns, and trends.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve master data management processes and workflows.

Data Integration and Maintenance:

Manage and monitor data integration processes between systems

Mandatory skills:

• GL / CoA Master Data
• Supplier Master Data
• Customer Master Data
• People Master Data
• Bank Master Data
• Insurance Master Data

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Master Data Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in MDM tools and platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Certifications in MDM or related disciplines (e.g., CDMP, DAMA).
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.

Work Environment:

1. Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.
2. Occasional travel for business meetings or training sessions.
