Role: Recruitment Analyst

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Experience : 0.8yrs to 2yrs

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: Day Rotational

Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG

Cab: Pick and drop

Salary : 3 LPA (20,500 In hand salary)

Notice : Immediate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fill approved open positions.

- Collaborate with business, sourcing organization, hiring managers, HR and recruitment.

- Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.

- Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.

- Working closely with internal business units to resolve any quality issues.

- Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the process.

- Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems.

- Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions-oriented.

- Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Any graduate with 8+ months exp in HR Field

- NP - Immediate to 15 Days

- Work from office

- Work Location - Vikhroli

- General shift schedule with weekends off on Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline
