Finacle CRM

Role & responsibilities

• As a Technology Analyst will work extensively with Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF customization team, Product R&D team and QA, to develop and deliver custom solutions in CRM/CIF module for client. The work requires creating detailed design artifacts, work on development and perform code reviews, implement validation in line with requirement specifications.
• Software customization: Gather, understand and define business requirements, re-engineer and map them to technology features; design, develop, document the custom solution for the technology platform.
• Skillset Coding skills in UI and API customization, JAVA, Oracle (PL/SQL), JS, JSP, shell scripts. Good knowledge of SDLC concepts.
• Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF product and/or customization skills and experience (Finacle CRM UI and API)
• Should be able to develop artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts), conduct review for self and peers, review and conduct unit test and document unit test results in order to build the custom solution and make it ready for delivery. 
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of design principles, SDLC, Agile methodology, etc. Working Knowledge on IDE tools like Eclipse and Source Control tools like Git/Bitbucket/SVN.
• Create high- & low-level design artifacts, review the design and code, and participate in knowledge management activities with the objective of ensuring highest level of service offerings to client.
• Knowledge of best practices in build (performance, readability, code reusability), understand and apply algorithms to increase productivity and develop efficient code.
• Ability to guide/mentor a small team of 2-3 people.
