Analyst - Finacle Integration (9-14 yrs)

Role : Techno - functional Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of the Finacle Loans Module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, IT) to gather and define requirements.

- Configure and customize the Finacle Loans system to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage system integration, data migration, and testing processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the module, ensuring smooth operations.

- Provide ongoing support and training to business users on system features and best practices.

- Work on process improvements, identifying automation opportunities within loan management processes.

Qualifications :

- Extensive experience as a BA/SME in the Finacle Loans Module, with a deep understanding of loan products and banking operations.

- Strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of Finacle.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system configuration.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business users and technical teams.

- Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in the banking domain.
