Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Finance to manage strategically and optimize the companys financial resources. The successful candidate will oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and ensure compliance with direct taxation laws and regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules to enhance financial processes and drive long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking Management: Maintain strong bank relationships, secure favorable financial terms, and optimize banking fees and services.
- Treasury Operations: Manage cash flow, liquidity, investments, and mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates.
- P&L Support: Oversee accurate P&L statements, financial forecasts, and identify trends and risks impacting profitability.
- Direct Taxation: Ensure compliance with direct taxation laws, regulations, and optimize tax liabilities.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, regulatory reports, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Support internal, statutory, and ASM audits, and implement audit recommendations for process improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, aligning them with strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to financial strategy, focusing on capital allocation and risk management.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular financial performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in finance, with a strong focus on banking, treasury management, and P&L support
- Skillsets: Leadership, Integrity, Proactiveness, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Problem-Solving & adaptability
- SAP Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)

- Reports to Group CFO
