Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for architectural window films in the West Zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials industry, specifically in the architectural segment, with a focus on project sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the West Zone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback for product improvement and new product development
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales activities and achievements
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies

Requirements
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in architecture, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in the building materials industry, specifically in the architectural segment, with a focus on B2B sales and project sales
- Strong knowledge of the architectural segment, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing the sales team
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites

Reporting Structure

- Reports to the National Sales Head
- Team reporting 3 direct reporting employees

Work Location

- Mumbai/ Pune

Working Days

- 5.5 days a week
