Job Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for software solution sales (Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions/BI Solutions)
• Build sales strategies to meet sales objectives, support customer satisfaction, secure business retention and increase market share while developing strong, long lasting client relationships.
• Identify gap fit and suggest suitable product to prospects
• Identify, validate and drive new opportunities
• Drive an aggressive annual revenue and signings target while accurately forecasting revenue and effectively managing a sales funnel and overall results
• Responsible for managing the entire gamut of sales operations of the region thereby achieving the sales target as set at the commencement
• Have excellent Presentation & Communication skills. Should handle first level product presentations.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Delivery for Product Presentations, Demo, Build POC and prepare deliver proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, delivery consultants, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Maintain good long-term relations with existing & new clients.
Desired Profile:
• 5+ Yrs or more exp in software/solutions sales
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics / SAP/ ORACLE ERP sales is desirable
• Proven success in prospecting and managing a territory and/or growing presence within accounts
• Ability to interact with CXOs is a must.
• Good customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience and demonstrable relationships with corporate-level executives
• Willing to take risk and achieve individual & company targets
• Should be open to travel
