Role & responsibilities :-
✅ Managing day-to-day office administration and facility management
✅ Handling vendor coordination, housekeeping office supplies
✅ Maintaining records of company assets, stationery, and office expenses
✅ Overseeing travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
✅ Managing attendance, office discipline, and visitor management
✅ Handling documentation, filing, and correspondence
✅ Ensuring smooth operations of office equipment .
✅ Coordinating with HR and other departments for administrative support
Preferred candidate profile
✔️ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✔️ 3 to 6 years of experience in administration
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,)
✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
✔️ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✔️ Knowledge of office management processes
✔️ Experience in handling vendors, contracts, and office maintenance
