Management trainee - HR

As a Management Trainee in the HR Department, you will embark on an intensive learning journey to understand the various facets of Human Resource Management. This role will provide hands-on exposure to HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation. You will work closely with senior HR professionals, gaining insights into creating impactful people strategies to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support campus hiring initiatives and onboarding programs.
2. Employee Engagement:
• Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
• Collect and analyze feedback to enhance employee satisfaction.
3. Training & Development:
• Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Track participation and effectiveness of training programs.
4. HR Operations:
• Support in maintaining and updating employee records.
5. HR Policies & Compliance:
• Gain knowledge of company HR policies.
• Assist in policy documentation and communication.
6. Cross-functional Exposure:
• Work with different departments to understand their HR needs and deliver solutions.
