Management Tainee - Admin

As a Management Trainee in the Admin Department, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand and contribute to the smooth operation and management of administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. • Address employee requests related to workplace facilities and administrative needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, focusing on workspace allocation and facility access.
• Budget and Cost Optimization
• Help prepare and analyze monthly reports for admin-related expenditures.

• Assist in organizing company events, including training programs, celebrations, and meetings.
