Trianz - Manager - Finance/Audits & Taxation - CA (5-7 yrs)

Job Title: Senior Manager Finance (Audits & Taxation).

Position Overview: The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit & regulatory compliances & Oversee Taxation & Pricing strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure

- Monthly intercompany billing and balancess

- Annual audits Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP

- Tax audits, TP audits for India entity

- Transfer pricing compliances for group entities

- Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances

- Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls

- Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption

- ESOP valuations, cost and compliances

- Oversee Investor reporting

- Managing strategic initiative.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA qualified candidates ( Mandatory)

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation & Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
