About the Role

Trianz is seeking a visionary and experienced Assurance Leader to be responsible for Risk Management, Compliance and Oversight -To assist in implementing and managing Global GRC policies and procedures primarily covering Governance, Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, Incident Response/Crisis management. You'll play a key role in ensuring we leverage cutting-edge analytics solutions to empower our clients' data- driven decision-making and digital transformations.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for Risk Management, Compliance and Oversight, as the 2nd Line of Defence. To ensure that risk, across Operational, Compliance & Strategic categories, is quantitatively and qualitatively understood to ensure that appropriate risk response plans can be implemented to manage risk within our defined risk appetite and tolerances.
  • Enhancing Quality Management System and institutionalization of industry best practices adoption like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, SOC 1 Type II & SOC 2 Type II, ISO 2000-01:2018, ISO 27017 : 2015 : ISO 27018 : 2019 (Cloud Security & Privacy Controls) and ISO 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management Systems).
  • Continuous focus on the Executive Leadership Priorities and consistent communication of Business Value delivered.
  • Responsible for enabling Business Impact, Predictable Delivery Outcomes and Unique Client Partnership Experience for the Technology Businesses.
  • Managing CSAT engagements and surveys, analysis of results and setting up of improvement areas.
  • Driving projects to build process improvement and innovation culture.
  • Define a Unique Client engagement methodology where the Leadership along with the Key Client partnership leaders, Delivery and the Assurance leadership present the Partnership journey, Engagement Snapshot and key milestones of significance.
  • Support the engagements in implementing security requirements and obligations mandated by standards and regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), CCPA among other healthcare industry frameworks.
  • Develop strategy on security & privacy for SaaS offerings and based on that, create/modify security policies, procedures, and any other required artefacts.
  • Setting up and mentoring quality transformation to business excellence - Key areas include partner audits, partner CSATs, Lean Six sigma, internal training, internal audits, awareness campaigns, metrics dashboards & framework
  • Program Management & Sustenance of AWS MSP for all Cloud Managed Service Engagements.
  • AWS Competency Support – AWS DevOps & AWS Migration
  • Experience and/or deeper understanding in one or more technology areas (e.g., software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Understands and can articulate common architectural patterns and design principles
  • Experience in providing Assurance support on architecting, migrating or transforming customer requirements to the cloud.
  • Continually research, test and investigate new technologies, methods, and integration of emerging technologies into projects.
Who you are:
  • 18+ years of industry experience and should have been played a role of SEPG Head / Leadership Role in Assurance Function.
  • Awareness of Cloud technology. At least Cloud Business or Technical Professional certification which is basic certification in Cloud.
  • Awareness on Cloud Migration lifecycle.
  • Minimum Lead Auditor certification in ISO27000 OR ISO 20000 OR ISO 27071
  • Good exposure on Agile Practices, ITIL, Migration Process
  • Should have defined Policies, Procedures, templates as part of different Quality Standards like ISO 27000, ISO 20000, Cloud Migration, Agile, CMMI, ITSM.
