Senior Executive - Store Planning and Designing

Job function: Architect / Interior designer Project Design department.

Location: Trent Head office (Mumbai).

Department : Projects Store planning & design.

Experience: 5 -6 yrs .

Position – Senior Executive level. (1 nos)

Qualification: Architect / Interior designer.

Industry: Design consulting services/ Retail preferably.

Job description:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Corel draw, Photoshop, Microsoft office, Good verbal & writing skills., A keen eye for detailing and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively working drawings is very helpful. Experience of working with retail company or design consultancy is preferred.

1. End to end responsibility of project i.e. starting from store design as per westside guideline till delivering GFC docket within stipulated timeline.

2. Co-ordination skills to commute with inter department stake holders, Vendor’s & outside client.

3. Knowledge of design + MEP services.

4. Preparing BOQ

5. Ability to handle & work on various type & numbers of projects parallelly.
