Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Assistant Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving engagement, retention, and membership growth through exceptional service and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships via phone and email.
• Provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Master coworking space offerings, amenities, and pricing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and workspace technologies.
• Achieve sales targets and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable workspace options.
• Generate leads from startups, businesses, and corporates.
• Process agreements and facilitate smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze data to refine strategies.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience (telecommunication, banking, insurance, or service industries preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate from competitors.
