Head - Plant HR - Manufacturing Domain (10-18 yrs)

- Leading all HR/IR activities of the unionized plant

- Responsible for handling a workforce of 2000 plus employees

- Ensure effective Talent management process and ensuring harmonious Employee/community relations

Key Responsibilities:

- Human Resources: HR Policies and processes, Employee engagement, manpower management

- Industrial Relations: Championing ER, IR policies and processes, managing complex Industrial relations issues, conflict management, dispute management, compliance management, LTS, Bonus, etc.

- Administration & Liaisoning: smooth Liaisoning with conciliation officer, Labour Commissioner, and other Govt. Authorities, court settlements, plant-related litigation matters

- CSR: community engagement, CSR action plan, complaints resolution
