Job Summary:
A leading organization is seeking a Topline Commercial Controller to join its finance team. The role involves partnering with Sales and Marketing functions to guide commercial strategy decisions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth through strategic investments, providing actionable insights, and managing financial performance across branches nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-pilot commercial strategy, including revenue growth, trade spends, marketing spends, and sales force costs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and market information for driving brand performance.
- Build and present topline performance dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Drive forecasts and planning cycles for Net Sales, trade spends, marketing, and sales force overheads with high accuracy.
- Manage cost efficiency, monitor spends vs. plans, and perform financial closing within deadlines.
- Oversee branch commercial operations, including cost-effective management of CFAs, transporters, and inventory.
- Review and approve trade spends and contracts, including media and advertising.
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance with 8+ years of experience in business/commercial controlling, preferably in FMCG/FMCD.
- Strong expertise in financial forecasting, trade spends, and cost management.
- Experience with Power BI and SAP.
