Role - MarTech CRM & CDP Specialist/Manager

Experience - 9+ years

Required Skills : Martech, multiple Customer Data Platforms (CDP) stacks, Adobe/Salesforce,

Hybrid role from Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata

Some of the things you'll be doing :

Marketing Technology Manager Responsibilities :

- Work with clients leading marketing & CRM roles at Fortune 100 Retailers, to develop and implement CRM marketing strategy and roadmap to enhance customer engagement through targeted communication via leading CDPs and Marketing Automation Platforms

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine, optimize campaign measurement process, and drive automation in marketing platforms.

- Leverage experience in audience management and activation to build campaign audiences in CDP and setup audience journeys across marketing channels.

- Refine segmentation, drive insights enriched profiles for targeting and lead engineering efforts for campaign audience data preparation.

- Develop and implement capabilities that facilitate access to second-party and third party data for activation.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on all CRM Marketing related matters.

- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.

- Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges.

- Utilize your understanding of retail data and analytics to drive decision-making.

- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Be part of the Lead CXM and Martech engagements and strengthen the delivery by developing scalable & reusable assets, training analysts, and building a foundation.

- Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.

- Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.

- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.

Must-Have Skills :

- 9+ years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in retail, marketing, and CRM analytics projects.

- Extensive experience in creating and managing comprehensive customer profiles using Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for enhanced analytical processing and informed decision making.

- Proven track record in implementing and managing CDPs, delivering capabilities that drive significant business growth.

- Expertise in data architecture and data modeling, with a focus on CDP, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data integration.

- Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, analytics, and the application of real-time event data and associated attributes for strategic marketing initiatives.

- Experience in ad tech and web/app analytics, including implementations for cross device and omnichannel consumer experiences (will be considered as a plus)

- Proficiency in integrating paid media (e.g., DSPs, Google, Facebook) and owned media platforms (will be considered as a plus)

- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CDP or High Touch

- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and marketing cloud platforms

- Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
