We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This position will work closely with a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators responsible for generating offer letters, backgroHR functional areas to drive continuous improvement and processes by leveraging toolsund checks and drug screens, coupled with various other new hire activities, as well as partnering with the and technology
The position will also serve as a functional and administrative team resource for the HR Recruiting Team
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of Human Resources Policies, Human Resources Technology, and must always maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
Create, review and distribute offer letters to selected candidates with extreme attention to detail
Input necessary data into Applicant Tracking System and maintain data integrity
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and submitted correctly
Own the background checks, physicals drug tests process from start to finish
Monitor, audit and communicate onboarding activities with HR Business Partner and Recruiters
Pay impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
Create, audit and manage the day-to-day requisition and candidate data
Assist Hiring Managers from the recruitment process to offer
Create and distribute reports for Talent Acquisition and ensure accuracy of data
Become an expert with our Applicant Tracking System and train current and new employees when necessary
Assist Hiring Managers with the job requisition creation process
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources
8-10 Years experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Previous experience in HR, specifically Recruiting or Talent Acquisition as a Coordinator
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent use of judgment, innovation, and execution
Ensure timely delivery of all tasks to Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers and/or Candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and leadership skills
Self-starter and ability to constantly improve processes for the better of the team
