9)Collaborate with the Purchase & logistics team to streamline shipping processes and reduce lead times.

10)Manage and resolve any operational issues that may impact sales performance.

11)Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

12)Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
