Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop a good product understanding
* Generate leads through cold calling to help sales team expand the existing customer base
* Innovate the ways of lead generation
* Resolve any issues a customer may be facing wrt to the software/product
* Prepare various reports using MS software
* Grow in the role after 3 months of traineeship
Skills / Requirements:
* Graduation (Freshers may apply)
* Advanced proficiency in English language (spoken + written)
* MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
* 0 to 1 year of work exp.
