Job Description

  • As a B2B Sales Manager you will be responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans in coordination with the Reporting Manager.

Role and Responsibility
  • 1) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    2) Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential travel partners.
    3) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
    4) Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the companys products and services.
    5) Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
    6) Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented attitude, backed up by a proactive approach and a strong drive for results.
    In your daily business you show flexibility, display a high level of integrity and professionalism to both colleagues and clients. You will possess a track record in exceeding targets with the ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies and account plans while possessing following additional competencies:

  • 1) A graduate with minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the travel industry.
    2) Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    5) Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
    6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
