Purpose of the Role is to provide information, advice and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding Travel Management Services to our client baseBooking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail and other servicesConversing with your client by phone and emailSeek feedback from your client to continuously improve the serviceLiaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales
Knowledge and Skill Requirements-Experience in GDS, preferably AmadeusAt least 18 months experience in travel, preferably Corporate reservationsPassion for TravelA strong client focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Fluent EnglishAbility to work under pressureFluent English with proficient verbal and written skills
