Role & responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to Inbound Calls and Online Queries

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

- Present Compelling solutions to drive sales and achieve targets

- Follow up on potential leads to close sales

- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven Experience in sales or customer Service in an inbound environment

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales

- Self motivated and Goal oriented

- Conversion rate of queries to sales

- Revenue generation

- Efficiency in handling inquiries and follow ups
