Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on scalable projects and expertise in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in scalable project management and LAMP architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on scalable projects.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LAMP architecture.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
