**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in HNI sales, wealth management, or investment advisory.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage high net worth clients effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong network in the financial industry will be a plus.
