Job Description
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data.
- Evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing financial statements, industry reports, and market conditions.
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other team members to develop investment strategies.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging trends.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss research findings and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
- NISM certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in equity research, fixed income analysis, or market research.
- Knowledge of portfolio management principles and investment strategies.
- CFA or other relevant certifications.
