Job Description

As the Sales Manager at Trask, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective team management, setting performance targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing sales team, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensure consistent growth, and expand the customer base.
3. Build, lead, and motivate a successful sales team by providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
5. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and improvement.
6. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, maximizing efficiency and ensuring achievement of sales goals.
7. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and deploy effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and best practices.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
8. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an advantage).
