Senior Backend Developer - Java (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Leverage real-time data streaming with Apache Kafka to build efficient data pipelines.

- Manage and manipulate data effectively using PostgreSQL and other dynamic databases.

- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Foster a collaborative development environment by actively participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Senior Java Developer.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architectures, and RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and dynamic database solutions.

- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
