Senior Backend Developer - Java/Spring Boot - Payment Systems (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, frontend developers, DevOps) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Leverage your expertise in AWS (development, CI/CD, Kubernetes) to build and deploy highly scalable and secure applications.

- Interact with the project ecosystem and demonstrate strong architectural acumen to implement solutions with exceptional scalability.

- Guide and mentor junior developers within the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

- Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, Spring Boot, and FinTech technologies.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Java Backend Developer.

- Strong understanding of FinTech principles and experience in building payment processing systems (a plus).

- In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architectures, and RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in AWS services for development, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Kubernetes).

- Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with CI/CD tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
