Strategy, and Proposals Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to lead the development of impactfulstrategic planning, and compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative, analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in crafting executive-level deliverables that drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality, visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams and clients.

- Translate complex ideas, data, and strategies into clear, concise, and engaging visuals using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.

- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate visual guidelines in all presentation materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions.

- Create frameworks and models to simplify strategic concepts for stakeholders.

- Lead the creation of winning proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks tailored to specific client needs and business opportunities.

- Work closely with sales and business development teams to articulate unique value propositions and competitive advantages.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops for proposal submissions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to gather input and align on messaging.

- Act as the central point of contact for all presentation and proposal-related requests.

- Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure effective collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in creating presentations, strategic planning, and/or proposal development.

- Proven track record of delivering high-impact business presentations and winning proposals.
