Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

Front Desk Management and Sales:

• Preparing sales Invoice, Quotation.
• Welcome and greet visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Professionally answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic sales goals and monitor performance.

Administrative Support:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
• Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
• Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Visitor Management:

• Maintain detailed visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
• Inform visitors about safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide accurate information about the companys products, services, or policies to callers and visitors.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Coordination and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the inventory is stocked appropriately.
