Transport Executive

Responsibilities

• Transportation planning: Plan daily transportation schedules, assign drivers, and route transport vehicles
• Vehicle maintenance: Schedule maintenance appointments and monitor refueling
• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation department policies
• Customer service: Review customer requirements, suggest vehicle types, and handle employee complaints
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain entries, and create e-way bills
• Procedures: Develop and implement new or improved transportation procedures
• Training: Assist in training new recruits
• Reporting: Contribute to monthly management reports and other reports as required
• Health and safety: Manage health and safety issues and participate in health and safety reviews
