Job Description
- Manage all operational activities of the training centre including staffing, facilities, and coordination with branches.
- Responsible for centre sales performance
- Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget.
- Supervising trainers and instructors, Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Planning for the operations, sales and marketing activities of the branch.
- Organize and conduct College Seminar / workshops / Webinars
- Responsible for college/ School tie up
- Generate new references from students/Counselling
- Ensure excellent training service to Student
- Attend meeting, if required with branches for business activities
Gender : Male or Female
Need Good Communication skill in English, Malayalam Mandatory
Qualification : Min graduation
Experience : Min 3 years experience in educational sector in relevant profile.
