A digital sales manager is a person who leads the digital sales team. You are to support the team and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget. As a result, you are responsible for directing sales processes to generate revenues, planning and executing all digital marketing databases, email, social media, and display of advertising campaigns. You are also responsible for identifying market and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status. Apart from this, the manager is responsible for conducting market research, trends, customer and competitors analysis, meeting with customers to discuss evolving needs, and assessing the quality of the companys relationship with them.
Requirements
4-6 years of Digital /IT field sales experience preferred
Qualification Postgraduate/Graduate
Has business experience and customer-facing skills
Experience in digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
Skills to communicating with customers.
Fluency in English & Malayalam.
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
