At the core of Centre Heads KRAs would be Business Development. He/ She would lead a team of Relationship Officers and would be responsible for the overall profitability of the branch. Responsibilities shall include
Identification of potential tie-ups and channels for business development; target entities DSAs, Industry bodies and Associations, Mid-Sized/ Large Companies (for funding to their channels/ suppliers)
Preparing product presentations for the channels and training them on the same
Regular interaction with the existing customers/ channels to increase their wallet share through cross-sell
Recruitment, Training and Leading a team of Relationship Officers and monitoring their performance productivity to ensure budget achievement
Preparing local sales strategy and segment-wise plan and ensuring that the team is sync with the same
Maintaining the Customer First motto and imbibing the same in the team also, to ensure smooth customer experience and faster lead conversion
Coordinating with other internal units (including Credit Operations) and vendors (including empanelled Lawyers, Valuers, FI Agencies)
Regularly updating self and management with the competition data strategy and devising plans/ innovations to counter the same
Providing ground level feedback to Product Team/ Management and suggesting innovative products as per customer requirements
Panning implementing local level marketing pitch/ activities in consultation with the Product team and marketing team
Monitoring Portfolio and identifying early signals of stress for the branch customer base
Managing collections and meeting the customers in case of delays to ensure minimal stress in portfolio
