Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide daily guidance and support to the operations team, ensuring smooth workflows and resolving issues promptly.
• Goal Setting & Planning: Work with senior management to set clear, achievable goals for the branch and monitor progress.
• P&L Management: Review branch P&L performance regularly, identify shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and service levels.
• Sales Support: Assist with customer bids, presentations, and product promotions.
• Training & Development: Train and mentor the team to enhance skills and meet performance goals.
• Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews and address performance issues as needed.
