Responsibilities

1. Arrange all booking for export consignments and negotiate freight with forwarders

2. Take care of all the custom clearances, regulations & formalities with CHA

3. Arranging all the required export certificates through various channels

4. Keeping track of all shipments and communicating information to the customers

5. Do all the documentation for export shipments, both pre and post-shipment

6. In-house order release and coordination with the dispatch team for export order dispatch

7. Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers, and internal parties, maintaining details and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties

8. Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with the accounting department to ensure billing accuracy

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is MUST
• Minimum 5 Years experience in complete Export Logistics & Documentation with an FMCG company is Mandatory
• Must have Excel Knowledge
• Focused and goal-oriented
