Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence Modules.

- Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in OTL(Time) and Absences

- Must have implemented OTL and Absences for Enterprise Customers

- Extensive knowledge in Time and Attendance business process.

- Have experience in running the workshops with the business, Demo of the product, and capturing the requirements.

- Propose the solution to the critical business process.

- Ability to produce requirements gathering documents, and Solution design documents.

- Experience of working through Agile methodology

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills

- Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs

- Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in stakeholder management.

- Fusion HCM absence certification is mandatory.

- Have strong collaborative mindset Excellent oral and communication skills.

- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio

- Fluency in English

- Candidate to be based out of Bengaluru.
