We are seeking a seasoned HR Transformation Specialist with over 10 years of experience in driving HR initiatives within the manufacturing and other industries. The role involves creating and implementing HR policy, process, and department creation, along with designing KRA and KPI etc. The candidate should have a strong understanding of HR technology and should have prior experience optimizing its integration with business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead HR transformation projects, including policy, process, and department creation.

- Design and implement KRA and KPIs for he organization.

- Implement/ evaluate HR technology and systems for enhanced efficiency.

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

- HR policy/process creation, KRA/KPI development.

- Strong knowledge of HR technology.

- Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry.
