Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while leading and mentoring junior developers. This role requires a deep understanding of software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, code, test, and deploy software applications and features in alignment with project requirements.

- Architecture & Design : Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Troubleshooting : Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality and performance of software applications.

- Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes.

- Technology Upgradation : Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Software Developer, with at least 1 years in a senior role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C+, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and experience with database design.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
