Job Title: Business Development - Sales

Role:

The Business Development - Sales role is responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's presence in the Forex and Remittance sector.

Objectives:

This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing sales performance.

Departmental Activities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the assigned region.

Develop new business opportunities in Forex & Remittance, expanding the client base.

Maintain 4X productivity to optimize business efficiency.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Forex and Remittance products and services.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulatory norms.

Provide exceptional client servicing, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Maintain and update the sales tracker regularly, reporting to the respective Reporting Manager & Regional Manager.

Build and nurture a culture of strong client relationships, handling escalations efficiently to ensure business retention.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in Forex & Remittance sales.

Strong knowledge of foreign exchange, money transfer services, and related financial products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
